We spent Christmas with Megan's family. Such a blessing that ALL the Tindall girls could be home this year! In Christmas Eve tradition, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Nagel's after church to open our stockings and enjoy some of Grandpa's home-made elderberry wine.
We opened presents on Christmas Day at the Tindall's and relaxed all day in our pajamas.
After Christmas we headed to Green Bay to celebrate with Matt's family. All the Bayes were home the week after Christmas for Annie (Matt's sister) and Kaanan's wedding! We had a very busy and full schedule filled with rehearsal and decorating and the big day and the clean up afterwards, but it was fun! And Megan finally met Charista, Peter's fiancee. We are looking forward to their July wedding in Omaha, NE!
As some of you may already know, Megan's dad has been coping with depression for some time now, but recently it has worsened. He and his doctor decided to try ECT treatments since medications weren't working for him anymore. The treatments started the week before Christmas and have continued through this week. Unfortunately these treatments haven't shown very promising results either. Please pray for Megan's dad and for her family as they go through this trying time together and look for God's guidance in the next step.
