In my free time

There is a lot of frustration and boredom that comes along with being unemployed, but I've found a few things that I actually like about not having a job... For instance:

Sleeping in. Who needs the snooze button when you don't even have to set the alarm?

I can spend a day at the zoo with my sister, my nephew, and my niece--including free admission to the children's zoo. Evan loved going down this slide by the sea otter exhibit.

Going home in the middle of the week to watch my baby sister play in her regional volleyball game.

But unfortunately I will be needing my alarm clock again. Unfortunately I will have to save zoo trips for weekends (and for warmer weather). Because fortunately, I have employment again! I will be a nanny for another family--this time watching after a little four-month-old boy and occasionally his five-year-old brother. It isn't full-time work, but it is something!
